An emergency is a major plumbing problem, electrical problem, gas leak, or life threatening condition. Text Box: Re-Exams It is Annual re-certification time. Each household will be receiving letters requesting current income for your household. Attached to the income request is a questionnaire that your household must complete. Please submit all documentation to the office by the deadline specified in your letter. Partial submissions will not be accepted. Failure to comply with the re-exam process will result in lease termination. Please feel free to contact this office with any questions that you may have regarding the re-certification process.
